Deposit: To confirm your reservation, we kindly request a 50% deposit payment. Secure payment options include a convenient payment link sent to your mobile phone, over-the-phone transactions, or through BACs payments.

Refunds: If you decide to cancel, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

  • Up to 2 weeks before the event: Full refund, credited to your original payment method.
  • Up to 1 week before the event: 75% refund, credited to your original payment method.
  • Up to 3 days before the event: 50% refund, credited to your original payment method.
  • Up to 48 hours before the event: No monetary refund, but the amount paid can be applied to another event with us.

Amendments: We’re here to assist you in tailoring your experience. Feel free to make changes to the number of attendees, food options, or any other details. We’ll gladly accommodate changes up to 48 hours before the event. Our team will follow up with a call to ensure we have everything ready.
